We are hiring a Founding Creator Network Lead. IAOMAI grows primarily through community trust and organic display. Your job is to build and manage our network of creators.
You are looking for setup builders, desk aesthetics influencers, tech reviewers, productivity YouTubers, and minimalist designers. You will find these creators, pitch them on our Matthew 5:13 aligned workspace mission, onboard them with custom desk mats, and ensure they are actively featuring our mats in their workspace videos, setup showcases, and social posts.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To review signed partners, analyze affiliate conversion metrics, and align on high-level recruitment strategies.
Ecommerce Manager: To coordinate custom tracking links (GoAffPro), tracking codes, and specialized landing pages for our partners.
Social Media & Content Lead (Clear Boundary): While you handle the human relationships and outbound communication with our creator roster, the Social Lead manages our brand accounts, scheduling, video editing, and public platforms.
Creator Recruitment: Identify, pitch, and contract relationships with high-potential desk-setup creators, productivity influencers, and aesthetic curators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Affiliate Onboarding: Guide signed creators through GoAffPro setup, ensuring they have their tracking links, custom discount codes, and high-quality product images.
Roster Coordination: Keep our signed creators active and engaged. Help them plan custom setup shoots, advise them on how to naturally highlight the mat's quality, and check their posting schedules.
Aesthetic Quality Control: Act as the guardian of the brand's reputation. Ensure that signed creators represent IAOMAI with clean, high-integrity, and highly-aligned content.
Setup Culture Fluent: You know the desk setup and workspace productivity culture inside and out. You follow the key creators, understand what makes a clean desk workspace look premium, and have an eye for high-potential accounts.
The Connector: You communicate exceptionally well, build trust naturally, and can pitch a deep, mission-driven brand clearly without sounding transactional or corporate.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the store, meaning your drive to build a massive, conversion-heavy creator network dictates your personal upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the focus-driven mission of IAOMAI. You understand how physical spaces affect human productivity and discipline.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 10.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit (translating to exactly $2.05 per unit sold on our core desk mats), distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the creator and setup network you establish scales across the internet and drives consistent traffic and sales, your monthly payout scales directly with it. This role carries no corporate equity; your upside is a direct reflection of execution.
