We are hiring a Founding Ecommerce Manager. IAOMAI relies heavily on a clean, premium, and distraction-free digital experience. You are the structural and functional designer of our digital storefront.
On the front end, you will build and organize the Shopify website to look incredibly clean, sleek, and high-end, organizing our product collections and visual assets to maximize conversions. On the back end, you are responsible for keeping the operational machinery running: connecting our automated payout systems (CollabPay), affiliate engines (GoAffPro), and Print-on-Demand (POD) routing apps so orders travel from the customer's cart straight to the print facility with zero manual friction.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To align on brand design, product pricing structures, and coordinate Shopify application budgets.
Brand Creative Lead: To obtain high-resolution product graphics, pattern files, and 3D desk renders to organize beautiful collections.
Creator Network Lead: To quickly deploy custom landing pages, discount codes, and link-tracking profiles for newly signed affiliates.
Shopify UI/UX Design: Build and maintain the front end of the IAOMAI store. The aesthetic must be minimalist, premium, and heavily optimized for both mobile and desktop screens.
Catalog & Collection Management: Oversee our product pages, collection layouts, pricing tiers, and metadata to ensure absolute accuracy and a flawless browsing experience.
Backend Automation & Integrations: Connect and monitor our crucial core systems. You are responsible for keeping CollabPay, GoAffPro, and our manufacturing print-on-demand connections synced without errors.
Conversion Optimization: Actively clean up checkout friction, speed up site loading times, test discount codes, and eliminate any technical bugs that could disrupt a transaction.
Support Inbox Management: During our initial launch, you will manage the customer support mailbox. This connects you directly to our customers’ experience, helping you immediately identify and fix any checkout or shipping friction points.
Shopify Expert: You know how to manipulate themes, connect applications, manage navigation menus, and debug front-end issues within Shopify.
Systems Thinker: You understand API syncs, automated order routing, and how different applications speak to each other in the backend.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the store, meaning your drive to build a seamless, high-converting storefront dictates your personal upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the minimalist, focus-driven mission of IAOMAI. You understand how order, clean layouts, and functional beauty impact performance.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 10.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit (translating to exactly $2.05 per unit sold on our core desk mats), distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the platform you build, organize, and manage converts and processes more orders across the country, your monthly payout scales directly with it. This role carries no corporate equity; your upside is a direct reflection of execution.
