We are hiring a Founding Partnerships & Collaborations Lead. IAOMAI isn't just another tech brand selling peripherals—we are a design studio dedicated to restoring physical environments. Your job is to establish strategic alliances, high-level co-branded collaborations, and physical installations that put our desk mats at the absolute center of modern workspace culture.
Instead of chasing individual online influencers, you own our business-to-business and brand-to-brand relationships. You will pitch other minimalist tech brands, custom mechanical keyboard makers, boutique architecture offices, design collectives, and esports labs to execute collaborative product drops and physical setups.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To brainstorm brand targets, approve custom collab designs, and construct joint-venture proposals.
Ecommerce Manager: To coordinate custom portals, collection drop-timers, and backend setups for co-branded launches.
Brand Creative Lead: To create tailored vector collections and packaging layouts specifically for our brand partners.
Creator Network Lead (Clear Boundary): While they focus entirely on scouting individual creators and social media setups, you focus strictly on brands, companies, design firms, and institutional spaces.
B2B Brand Prospecting: Identify and outreach to complementary premium brands (e.g., custom keycaps, desk accessories, minimal lighting, premium tech organizers) that share our visual standards.
Co-Branded Drop Management: Pitch and structure joint-product drops. You will work with our Designer to build "special-edition" desk mats and package bundles with our brand allies.
Studio & Lab Installations: Build relationships with premium co-working spaces, collegiate esports labs, creative agency studios, and office design teams to have IAOMAI designated as their official workspace surface provider.
Strategic Coordination: Manage relationships with all signed partner entities, keeping them updated on production, shipping alignments, and joint launch dates.
Aesthetic Professionalism: You understand high-end design culture and speak fluently with design directors, product managers, and business owners.
The Creative Dealmaker: You don't rely on transactional sales pitches. You know how to build a partnership where both brands win, combining community reach and high-level prestige.
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the store, meaning your personal drive to expand our brand footprint dictates your upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the focus-driven, minimalist mission of IAOMAI. You understand how custom collaborative environments elevate professional focus.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 10.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit (translating to exactly $2.05 per unit sold on our core desk mats), distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the joint drops and company installations you secure scale and drive new customers to the store, your monthly payout scales directly with the brand's success. This role carries no corporate equity; your upside is a direct reflection of execution.
