We are hiring a Founding Brand Creative Lead. Because IAOMAI is a physical product brand centered around workspace aesthetics, you are the most critical creative engine in our company.
Your job goes far beyond making standard social media graphics—you design the actual products. You are responsible for creating our desk mat visual collections, generating high-end minimalist graphics, laying out clean product packaging, and producing highly polished 3D desk setup renders that make our products look incredible online.
The Co-Founders (CEO & Executive Director): To collaborate on upcoming design concepts, approve collection themes, and establish visual brand identity guidelines.
Ecommerce Manager: To supply high-resolution, correctly formatted pattern files and 3D product mockups for product pages.
Social Media & Content Lead: To provide premium typography, social templates, and video-overlay assets to ensure our brand pages look unified and polished.
Product Design & Collections: Design high-end, clean, and minimalist patterns and graphics for our desk mats and desk accessory lines.
3D Rendering & Mockups: Create highly realistic 3D mockup renders of our products placed in beautiful, aesthetic workspace environments. These renders are crucial for our storefront and ad copy.
Packaging & Brand Collateral: Layout and design clean, minimal product packaging, shipping inserts, labels, and customer thank-you cards.
Aesthetic Brand Direction: Keep our brand's visual identity tough, clean, and consistent. Build and maintain design templates, color palettes, and typography guidelines for the rest of the team.
Visual Specialist: You are highly proficient in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D rendering engines (such as Blender or KeyShot) to create realistic product placements.
Aesthetic Alignment: You naturally lean toward minimalist, clean, and high-contrast design. You understand that in workspace aesthetics, sometimes "less is more."
Self-Motivated: You work exceptionally well on your own. Your pay is contractually tied to the profit health of the store, meaning your drive to design beautiful, highly sought-after products dictates your personal upside.
Mission-Alignment: You possess a deep respect for the focus-driven mission of IAOMAI. You understand how order, clean lines, and intentional design create a space for peak mental execution.
The Profit Share: This is a contractual independent contractor position. You receive a 10.0% cut of all Storewide Net Profit (translating to exactly $2.05 per unit sold on our core desk mats), distributed completely automatically on a per-transaction basis via CollabPay. As the designs you create draw eyes, gain viral attention, and convert into sales, your monthly payout scales directly with the brand's success. This role carries no corporate equity; your upside is a direct reflection of execution.
